Appointment

Our policies are designed to ensure a seamless and professional experience for every client. By adhering to them, you help us maintain a high standard of service, a clean and safe environment, and a respectful atmosphere where your time and ours are valued. These guidelines allow us to deliver the exceptional results and luxury experience you deserve at every appointment

Policies

  • Appointments should be booked at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.

  • You can conveniently schedule your appointment online through our booking platform.

  • Same day or out of hours appointments are considered squeeze ins at an additional cost of $30.

Booking Policies

  • We value your time and appreciate timely communication. If you are unable to keep your appointment we advise you to cancel or reschedule through our website at your earliest convenience.

  • No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

  • Deposits are transferable to appointments rescheduled no more than 2 weeks after the original appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • To ensure accurate scheduling, we offer a 5 minute grace period.

  • After 5 minutes, late appointments will be charged an additional $25.

  • After 10 minutes, appointments will be automatically cancelled.

Late Arrivals

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be issued for completed treatments.

  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards. Cash is preferred..

  • Card reader is accepted at a 3.5% processing fee.

Refunds & Payments

  • Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.

  • Avoid wearing makeup or applying skincare products to the face/eye area on the day of your appointment. You may be turned away if so.

  • Review service descriptions and go over necessary information. Please abide by our appointment prep instructions.

Pre-Appointment Requirements

  • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to clients exhibiting signs of illness.

  • All treatment areas are thoroughly sanitized between each client to ensure a clean and safe environment.

  • Our staff follows strict hygiene protocols, including wearing gloves and masks during treatments, to prioritize client safety.
